Parmesan Bread with Garlic Butter Cream | 香蒜帕马森面包

Ingredients
- ~ 250G Bread flour 高筋面粉
- ~ 15G Sugar 砂糖
- ~ 3G Salt 盐
- ~ 3G Instant yeast 速发酵母
- ~ 1 egg 鸡蛋
- ~ 120G Milk 鲜奶
- ~ 18G Unsalted butter 无盐奶油
- ~ some grated parmesan 帕马森粉

- *GARLIC BUTTER CREAM 香蒜奶油泥
- ~ 40G Unsalted butter 无盐奶油
- ~ 1G Salt 盐
- ~ 10G Garlic paste 蒜泥
Directions
- Step 1
- ~ place egg, milk(don’t add all), flour, sugar, salt, instant yeast into the mixer except unsalted butter. Add butter after the dough is formed.
- Step 2
- 将所有材料投入搅拌机,奶油除外。形成面团时,加入奶油。
- Step 3
- ~ when the dough is smooth, take out and place the dough in the deep bowl covered with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature until doubled about 1 hours.
- Step 4
- 面团光滑后取出来放进深盆中盖上保鲜膜,室温发酵一个小时。
- Step 5
- ~ once done, take the dough out and separate to 3, round it and rest for 10 mins.
- Step 6
- 发酵好了,把面团分割成3份,排气,滚圆休息10分钟。
