Muah Chee is a famous street snack commonly found in Asia, it can be found in countries like Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore. Muah Chee basic ingredient consist of glutinous rice flour, in south east asia – especially Singapore/Malaysia, it is commonly top off with peanut powder to give off the fragrance and chewy texture.

Muah Chee Recipe
This recipe will show you how to cook Muah Chee / Glutinous rice flour ball, using air fryer.

Ingredients
- - 120gram Glutinous rice flour (120克糯米粉)
- - 180ml Water (180毫升水)
- - 1 tablespoon cooking oil/shallot oil(1汤匙食用油/葱油)
- - ground peanut powder with sugar(花生粉+糖)
Directions
- Step 1
- Mix well the Glutinous rice flour, water and oil. | 把糯米粉,水和油混合搅拌均匀。
- Step 2
- Sieve the mixture and pour into non stick baking tin | 过滤混合物,倒进不沾锅里
- Step 3
- Put in the air fryer and set @ 180°C for 10mins | 放入气炸锅,温度调至180度,十分钟
- Step 4
- Stir a couple times in between | 中间必须拌一下
- Step 5
- Place the muahchi into ground peanut powder | 麻糍成型后,放入花生糖粉中
- Step 6
- Cut it and coat it into the bite sizes | 剪至一口大小,裹上花生糖粉
